What happens in a consultation?

The first consultation will take an hour to an hour and a half, so I can get to know all about you and your family health history. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, your past health, and your illness. Confidentiality and your privacy are respected at all times.

I will give you a homeopathic interpretation of your symptoms. I will then explore the approach we will take to move your health forwards.

Your prescribed remedy will be easy and pleasant to take, usually as a pill (or sometimes as a liquid)

What to expect after taking a remedy?

You may feel a sense of optimism and well-being. Occasionally, your symptoms may appear a little worse for a short time. Don’t worry, this is a sign of the remedy beginning to work.
